Kangatraining Wellington Central & South
When: Thursdays (during term time) 12.45pm start
Where: Hataitai Bowling Club
Kangatraining is a postnatal exercise class that incorporates babywearing so there is no need to find a babysitter! The class begins with a warm up and floor work that we do while our babies hang out together on the floor, these exercises help to re-strengthen our core which supports our pelvic floor. We then have fun cardio fitness that comes in the form of dance based choreos, squats to work our legs while our babies are in the carrier providing that little bit of extra resistance and even an arm track to give you a full body workout. At the end of class we stretch and do some pelvic floor exercises while having a chance to chat with other mums about different baby or mum related topics.
Kangatraining classes are a great way for mums and bubs to get out of the house, and for mum to get some time to workout for herself while keeping baby close and happy!
Please be advised that bookings are essential for this class J
