About Amanda

She was trained under the umbrella of the International yoga teachers association of Aotearoa (NZ) Dip 2002.

Amanda teaches classical Hatha style yoga, emphasizing the breath and movement; with over 20 years of teaching and practising yoga, she has first-hand knowledge of the profound benefits of a yoga practice to enhance one's overall state of being, body, mind, and spirit.

Amanda loves the yin style and beneficial aspects of a yoga practice for deep relaxation.

Her classes are adapted to instruct beginners and more experience level of students, with an emphasis on alignment and hands-on adjustments. She loves using all the props to support and enhance your yoga practice.

Classes: Tuesdays 9am - 10.15am.
