Free Menstrual Products

Fighting against period poverty!

In collaboration with Endo Warriors Aotearoa, the Hataitai Community House is helping to raise awareness and combat period poverty. We believe in New Zealand that no one should go without adequate period products.

We provide free menstrual products to the community though our ‘take as you need, give as you can basket’ bin located in the Community House.

A place where anyone who needs period products can come with no judgment and take what they need free of charge.

Donations Needed!

To ensure that we can continue this great initiative we need your help with donations of period products, whether it be tampons, pads or reusable items.

Please drop donations to the Hataitai Community House or Hataitai Village Market at the Hataitai Centre between 10 am - 2 pm on the first Saturday of the month.

If you would prefer for us to buy the products for you, please donate via internet banking directly to the Community House account.
