Help us Honour the Gift

The old Hataitai Bowling Club has been given to us and there are lots of ways you can help us honour this gift and support the redevelopment project. If you have a particular expertise or just a general interest in the project please get in touch hcrt@hataitai.org.nz

We are currently looking to grow our working group to progress our three main work streams; 

• Branding and communications

• Funding - including grants, corporates, individuals and fundraising events

• Redevelopment planning and project management

There is always help needed with general maintenance of the property too - we are working hard to ensure this beautiful building remains functional, with very little investment until the redevelopment occurs. We would love support from tradies, handy DIYers, lawn mowers, gardeners and generally anyone who is happy to help out with maintenance from time to time either as a volunteer or through offering “mates-rates”. 

Financial support is also welcomed - you can make a donation towards the redevelopment at any time. Funds can simply be transferred to Hataitai Community Recreation Trust 020520-0207099-067. We are a registered charity so individuals can claim 33.33 cents for every dollar donated. If you make a donation and require a receipt for your tax claim please email coordinator@hataitai.org.nz
