Below are the different rates we hire our spaces out for. You can hire our spaces for one off events, birthday parties or regular workshops or meetings.

Hataitai Centre Hire Rates

Hataitai Community House Hire Rates

  • Bookings for parties, anniversaries or private functions.

    All private evening events include a $300 refundable bond.

    $80 Optional professional cleaning (Mandatory for bookings after 10pm)

    Under 30 people - $300

    30-50 people - $450

    50-100 people - $650

  • End of year work Christmas parties or events

    $650 and a $300 refundable bond

  • Functions such as workshops, one off classes or corporate team building events. Excluding our peak Christmas season.

    $50 per hour

  • Birthday parties for under 12 years.

    $95 for the first 4 hours

    $20 per hour for additional hours

    $100 refundable bond

  • Public events or Not for Profit events which are free for the community to attend.

    $23 per hour and $100 refundable bond

  • Community run events, classes, workshops or other regular use of the Hataitai Centre

    $17.25 per hour (GST inc)

    $15 per hour (GST ex)

  • Children’s birthday parties under 5 years.

    $65 for the first 4 hours

    $15 per hour for additional hours

    $60 refundable bond

  • $23 per hour

  • $23 per hour

  • Community run events, classes, workshops or other regular use of the Community House

    $17.25 per hour (GST inc)

    $15 per hour (GST ex)
