This five week course will teach you how to massage your baby from a trained IAIM (International Association of Infant Massage) instructor.
Infant massage has many benefits for both parent and child including relaxation, better sleep patterns, easing of discomfort from painful gas/wind, colic, reflux and growing pains, and much more. The groups are small with morning tea provided and there will be plenty of time for questions and discussion during and after the session.
Over the five weeks we will learn the strokes to give our baby a full body massage and some gentle movements to aid development. It's a great way to bond with your baby and meet other parents. Get in touch with any questions.

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Classes with Martina
Fridays
6:45am -7:45am
$15 per class
Ashtanga vinyasa is a yoga practice that celebrates the 8 limbs yogic path. This style is often described as ‘moving meditation’ as the union of movement, breath, bandhas (energy locks) and focal point will help reach a beautiful meditative state. The class is constituted by a fixed sequence of fundamental postures of the Ashtanga primary series. Fixed sequences are helpful for finding mental stability and focus: simply get in touch with your body and let the movement be guided by your breath. This class is fairly dynamic and it’s the perfect combination between strength and flexibility. The aim of the practice is to build up prana, energy/life: the absolute best way to start the day!
About Martina:
Martina inspires and supports people in developing a steady, healing practice. Yoga has been part of her life for over 10 years and she loves to share her passion for this fruitful lifestyle.
Coming from a ballet background, Martina originally started her Yoga journey aiming to ease back pain. Since that first class at the local gym she never stopped practicing, as the fruits of a consistent Yoga practice never stopped coming.
She has over 500 hours of formal training in several branches of Yoga, such as Ashtanga, Yin, Restorative and Hatha, which make her classes enriching and suitable for everyone.
