Martina is back at the Bowling Club with morning Astanga Yoga classes to get in touch with your body and let the movement be guided by your breath. Ashtanga vinyasa is a yoga practice that celebrates the 8 limbs yogic path. This style is often described as ‘moving meditation’ as the union of movement, breath, bandhas (energy locks) and focal point will help reach a beautiful meditative state.
Martina inspires and supports people in developing a steady, healing practice. Yoga has been part of her life for over 10 years and she loves to share her passion for this fruitful lifestyle.
