About Gina

Gina has an extensive dance performance and teaching background, and has completed her 200hr yoga teacher training. Teaching is what she does full-time. Gina's classes cater for beginners through to advanced practitioners, so everyone is welcome regardless of what your yoga history is. Research, reading, and learning about all things dance/yoga/humans interests her greatly, so expect lots of education during her sessions.

Gina’s aim for each class is that yogi's leave with a little more clarity, greater body awareness, a sense of calm and mental resilience.

Her Thursday class is a restorative yoga class, designed to help you unwind at the end of the day. It will involve slightly longer meditations/mindfulness, longer held stretches, and gentle mobility for joints and connective tissues. A class focussed on less "doing" and more "being". Think of it like a big internal sigh for your nervous system.

Her Saturday class is a vinyasa style class.  It includes a warm up and mobility, sun salutations, and dynamic flow sequences, providing an opportunity to work on strength, coordination, balance and posture. Connecting movement with breath and finishing with a quiet savasana, this class is energising, and warming and will set you up for your weekend.  

Casual classes are $16, or 5-class passes are $65. These can be used on Saturdays and/or Thursdays.
