The theme for this year’s celebrations is ‘Let’s Share’. The wonderful volunteers from the Hataitai Events Committee will provide yummy baking, snacks, and drinks for the kids. There will be kids’ games and a supervised craft table for them to make beautiful creations drawn from nature, and (weather permitting) we encourage people to take the time to sit outside and enjoy Hataitai’s beautiful bowling green and gardens in the sunshine. And it’s a lovely opportunity to meet people from your community. Even if you’ve lived here for a while, you may meet someone new. If you’re a new resident, please come along; we would love to see you!
