Notice of Special General Meeting for Hataitai Residents Association

A message from the HRA:

Under the Incorporated Societies Act 2022 we are required to re-register our updated constitution with the Registrar of Incorporated Societies. Part of that process requires us to hold a Special General Meeting of members to approve our updated constitution.

You are cordially invited to attend our Special General Meeting to be held at the back bar of the Realm in Hataitai commencing at 7.30pm on Tuesday 3 March 2026. The Special General Meeting will be followed by our monthly Committee meeting that you are welcome to attend if you wish.

We have spent some time to satisfy ourselves that the updated constitution complies with the requirements of the Incorporated Societies Act 2022. A copy of the draft updated constitution is attached to this notice.
