Group Exercise with Sarah

Sarah runs the 4 group strength and fitness classes a week. The classes are for all ages and abilities and run Tuesday 6.30 am, Tuesday 6.30 pm, Thursday 6.30 am and Saturdays 9.00 am.

Her classes are strength based with some cardio included as well, and aim to strengthen and increase flexibility for the whole body. Equipment is provided all you need to bring is your own mat and water. The group is very friendly and sessions are $10 paid in advance or $12 drop in.

They are a great way to get stronger, fitter and meet a great group of ladies.
